In years past we have offered a variety of different VIP membership but the most prominent of them has been the Men's MVP Haircut package. With the economy doing what it's doing and in the spirit of acknowledgment we would like to reintroduce 3 oldies but goodies to help make service and product more affordable for those feeling the affects of these times. We Now Do Ears and Noses... Well Kinda...

About a month ago, long time client Kate Pascal approached us with the idea of making a tiny section of our salon a place where she could practice the art of body pierceing. After our team mulled over it for a bit we decided to give this new venture a try. So far, Kate has disproved our worries of having "ouch" and "OMG!!" coming from her corner and she's sparked the interest of some of our clients and friends of hers to get the piercing they want without having to go to a place they may not necessarily feel comfortable. Tattoo shops and piercing stands in the mall don't appeal to all that want a cute nose stud or a second hole in their ear. With an offering of above the collar piercings and a smile like an angel, who wouldn't want to get a peircing done by this fantastic lady?!? Trish and Eleanor have!! So has an entire group of girls and ladies alike that were in this weekend for a peircing party!! Contact us for more info if you're interested.

Tempest Lounge

After a long day sometimes all you want to do is sit, enjoy a good meal, sip on your favorite cocktail and maybe hang out with friends. Any given night at Tempest is a good night to do so. With a name like Tempest you may be shocked to walk through the doors and find a relaxing and easy flowing atmosphere, a place where "You enjoy intimate conversations with good friends, warm lighting, exquisetly prepared morsels of dining delight, and a cocktail.... The way cocktails used to be prepared for those cocktail parties of years gone by.".

A few of your favorite Daymakers moseyed on into the lounge last Thursday and enjoyed fantastic live music all while gobbling down some of their to die for menu items. We bathed in the melodious sounds of Julian Moon as well as enjoyed some of the cookies that people all over Tacoma are talking about. If you're looking for a nice place to chill and enjoy an evening, Tempest is a good place to start.

June is a Month for Dudes!!!

The month of June is always an eventful month with Father's Day, graduations and weddings. With that in mind we'd like to set this month aside to celebrate the dudes in our lives and here's how:

MVPS are Back!!:
It's that time of year again to either renew your MVP membership package or join the exclusive club. This year, for $399, you can indulge in the convenience of prepaying for a year's worth of haircuts. With the purchase of this membership you will also recieve the gift of 10% off any product purchases through the term of your membership.

Dude Day:

In celebration of the life of Brian Redman, a beloved Tacoman that passed away last year in a tragic accident, we are donating 10% of your services booked June 8th-12th to the Brian Redman Memorial Fund. Donations to this fund help supply musical instruments for kids that are unable to afford them. If you are interested in being a part of our donation, please let the receptionist know when you call that you would like to donate a part of your service to this fund. There will also be a fund raiser for the memorial fund next Tuesday June 8th at Doyles (21+)

Joe Zehnder

He is a man of wit and knowledge and a riot to have in the chair. With his MVP Men's Package card in tow, Joe Zehnder makes the ritualistic trek from his office at McGavick Graves to "come get Embellish-ed" as he is always so proud to boast. He's a client who always has a hilarious story to tell but is also able to flip the switch and give sound advice when needed. It's hard not to light up when Joe walks through the door as he always puts a smile on everyone's face whether he's walking through the doors with a giant chocolate bar and a bottle of wine or greeting us with a "Hey ladies, how's it hangin'!!". No one's expression of excitement was more vibrant when we told him about Dude Day on June 15th. He assured us that he's going to make some calls and get some of his buddies out for beers and hot dogs on what we hope is a fine Washington June day. We're excited to meet his friends and appreciative of the fact that he loves introducing new people to us at Embellish. Thanks Joe for being fantastically you!!

Can't Wait for the Next Installment!!

Ugh... We just missed posting this to let you guys know about this amazing display of artistic talent in time to catch the amazing performances that happened this past weekend. The Tacoma Round is this:
