WOW! Check out Elijah Wood and Shirley Manson in this ad for Oliver Peoples. What an odd and brilliant combination! Almost makes me want to reconsider owning expensive sunglasses, which I banned ages ago after losing every pair I ever bought. Am I grown up enough yet?

Welcome Thom Costello

Thom Costello just joined team embellish. We are excited to have his energy among us. He has been a hairstylist in Seattle for over a decade. He is returning to the South End and getting married. He comes with a great amount of knowledge and inspiration. We are honored to have him become a "daymaker" at embellish. You can meet him on Saturdays for now, 11-5.

I failed to get a photo, but we finished the night off with rose ginger sorbet.

The stories he told about the relationships that get created and nurtured in both of our fields made me so proud to be a hairdresser.
